We are provided with 15 modern Battenfeld injection
machines with closing power 35-350 ton and injecting
of 1000g. Thanks to that we are able to make products
for our customers using machines with optimal parameters.
It has an influence not only on quality but also on
prices.
The machines are equipped with modern controlling systems
and statistics assessement of the quality of the process
(UNILOG B4), frequent core controlling, spiral systems
that guarantes a great homogenisation of the material,
thermostats to stabilise the temperature of the form,
regulators of heated canals, the feeders of the material,
dryers, details transporters and manipulators.
The process of production is monitored and surveyed.
