Information Obligation
By sending an email to the Administrator’s email address, you consent to the inclusion of your email address in the contact list administered by "NOEX SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ" SPÓŁKA JAWNA, Fabianowska 119-121, 62-052 Komorniki, NIP 7831643626, (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).
The data contained in the correspondence, including the email address, are processed by the Administrator in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), for the following purposes:
- for the purpose of communicating with you, in particular handling requests for quotations, considering complaints regarding the Administrator’s products or services, or for other purposes resulting from the content of your correspondence, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
- for the purpose of concluding and performing a possible agreement between you and the Administrator, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
- for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator’s legal obligations towards you as set out in the GDPR, within the meaning of Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR;
- for the purpose of carrying out the Administrator’s marketing activities within the framework of the Administrator’s legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, as well as in accordance with your declarations of intent regarding marketing communication submitted to the Administrator. Consents granted in the field of marketing communication, for example for sending commercial information by electronic means or telephone contact for direct marketing purposes, may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
The person providing the data has the right to request from the Administrator access to the data concerning them, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
The personal data provided are not transferred by the Administrator to third parties.
The Administrator stores personal data for the period necessary to achieve the specified purposes, i.e.:
- in the case of providing a service/delivering a product to the User — for the period necessary for the Administrator to perform the ordered service or deliver the product to the User, and then for the following 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the Administrator completed the provision of the service or delivered the product.
