Thermoformed products are becoming increasingly popular among the representatives of many industries. They find applications in, among others, the food, medical, pharmaceutical or automotive industries. They can also be used as, e.g., packaging for various products, store fit-out elements or decorative items. Thermoforming is a manufacturing process that enables fabricating products in a variety of shapes and sizes. As a company with vast experience in plastics processing, we are able to guarantee the highest quality of thermoformed products, while maintaining their attractive price. Our well-equipped machine park and extensive know-how of our specialists allow us to provide you with products in small and large batches.

What is thermoforming?

Thermoforming is a product that employs plastic sheets that are heated up to obtain flexibility and then shaped using an appropriate mould. Executing the elements requires developing their appropriate design. Our experts will eagerly assist you in developing a product concept and selecting the right materials. We also manufacture thermoformed products based on designs submitted by the Client. The manufacturing process starts with heating up a plastic sheet to an appropriate temperature. Next, the thermoplastic sheet is moved to a mould. In the course of moulding, the pattern is moved to the plastic sheet under pressure and heat. Cooling down the moulds created a finished product.

Advantages of thermoformed products

One of the main advantages of thermoforming is low manufacturing cost. This process enables manufacturing large volumes of products in a short time and at a relatively low cost. Thermoforming is a technology that offers rapid execution of models, prototypes or small product batches. Its benefits also include effective packaging of products in different shapes and sizes. Thermoformed products can be made from a variety of materials – starting with lightweight and transparent ones, perfect for making blisters or packaging inserts, to durable plastics, highly resistant to damaging factors. This enables thermoformed products to find applications in almost any industry.
