The Injection moulding plant operating within our company is a modern machinery park equipped with technologically advanced injection moulding machines and all accessories that enable operation characterized by high workpiece execution quality. The operation of various tools and machines within our injection moulding plant allows us to process raw materials of different properties. We individually match the colours of finished products, execute marking or apply special enriching substances. This enables us to offer products for the advertising industry, such as bartender trays with imprints or special containers for laboratories.

Injection moulding machine orders

We accept Injection moulding machine orders from clients that require support both with large-scale manufacturing of plastic items and the creation of small batches or prototypes. We provide manufacturing options using default, as well as customized injection moulds that we are also able to create. In cooperation with Wittmann-Battenfeld, we have commenced the process of implementing the WITTMANN 4.0 system, i.e., linking each production cell (communication between machines, robots and peripheral devices) with the company's IT network. This process enables automatic identification of machines and all auxiliary equipment. In addition, the Wittmann 4.0 system allows automatic configuration of the devices employed in our injection moulding room and tool room, which expedites the entire manufacturing process and eliminates human error.

An important aspect related to the implementation of the Wittmann 4.0 system is increasing data security throughout the entire manufacturing process. Hooking-up individual elements to the company’s IT network allowed us to create a coherent and secure working environment. Wittmann 4.0 also provides unlimited access via the WiBa QuickLook mobile app. It allows employees to monitor the manufacturing process in real time and receive alerts in the event of a malfunction or failure.

The Wittmann 4.0 system enables information exchange with other CMS monitoring systems, and remote control over individual manufacturing elements. All this makes up a comprehensive and complete image of an entire manufacturing process, which allows us to rapidly respond to any problems or defects. An undoubted advantage of the Wittmann 4.0 system is the fact that it offers opening doors to a new world of production – Industry 4.0. This state-of-the-art solution makes the entire manufacturing process become more effective and quicker.

Processed raw materials

We deal with processing various types of materials with diverse properties. Processed raw materials primarily include a number of plastics, such as biodegradable materials. Our extensive machinery park facilities also allow us to execute two-component injections. The implementation of a modern system Wittmann 4.0 provides us with a possibility to increase manufacturing process automation, which makes it event more efficient.

The raw materials we process include, among others:

PS, ABS, SAN – thermoplastics characterized by impact resistance and good mechanical strength;
PP, PE – materials characterized by high resistance to corrosion and certain chemicals;
PC, PMMA – raw materials with excellent transparency and resistance to high temperatures;
PBT, POM, PA – plastics characterized by high tensile strength and low friction.

We also process natural and coloured plastics, materials with fibres and high-strength additives, as well as flame-retardant plastics resistant to high temperatures. We manufacture inserts, mould inserts and labels based on the IML technology. Eco plastics are increasingly becoming our materials of choice – these are modern raw materials made from recycled waste. BIOplastics produced from natural raw materials and fully biodegradable are a novelty in our product range.

Auxiliary equipment (peripherals) in our machinery park is a key element in the efficient manufacturing process. Their absence would significantly hinder the entire manufacturing line operation, and the time required for executing specific activities would be largely extended. It is therefore crucial to choose the right equipment that suits the specific demands and nature of an implemented project, as well as processed raw materials. Our machines can be fitted with a wide range of auxiliary equipment with diverse applications. Quality is our main focus in each aspect of our activities, which is why we use the auxiliary equipment by renowned vendors, such as Wittmann.

These high-tech devices enable precise control over manufacturing processes and significantly cut cycle time. This is achieved, among others, through chillers and refrigerating units.
